Payment Policy

A purchase moves into processing only when payment authorization succeeds. The active credit card options are identified at checkout. A payment provider can authorize, screen, refuse, or seek extra verification for a transaction. Correct billing information is required, and an incomplete, high-risk, or unverified payment may cause delay or cancellation.

We do not retain full card numbers in ordinary website or customer-service records. The card issuer usually addresses declines, failed attempts, disputes, chargebacks, temporary authorization holds, and exchange-rate questions. When a refund is approved, it is ordinarily returned through the original payment method.
